What options are available for configuring reminders for PlatformX surveys?

For User-sent PlatformX surveys, leaving the reminder message text field blank results in no reminder being sent. For Bot-sent surveys, account configuration options include sending just one reminder instead of two (the default) or disabling reminders completely.
