You can set up survey rate-limiting in PlatformX by configuring various frequency and trigger options after selecting how to send surveys. These options include setting a delay before sending messages, defining the maximum number of surveys per week, specifying a repeat survey threshold to control the frequency of survey requests to the same user, and setting an automatic end date for surveys. In addition, DX automatically ensures individuals do not receive any additional surveys while Snapshots are in progress, and no more than two surveys per week across all DX survey features.
