Are users marked OOO for the entire snapshot still notified of results?

Yes, even if you have designated yourself as OOO (out of office) for the entirety of the snapshot, you will still receive the “The snapshot has closed, view your results” notification.

Out of office status excludes users from the following:

• System nudges
• Bulk nudges (manual or scheduled)
• Participation rates calculations

The goal is to prevent users from coming back from OOO to a flood of survey-related messages. However, the “snapshot has closed” notification is still sent, regardless of OOO status.
