DX AI

DX AI powers a wide range of features of DX such as the following:

• AI overviews and summaries of survey results
• Calculation of TrueThroughput and Allocation
• Chat assistant for generating SQL queries
• AI recaps of development team activity

Data processing

The LLM providers that DX uses are OpenAI and Anthropic. Under DX’s agreements with OpoenAI and Anthropic, LLM providers are not trained on DX customer data and data retention is disabled.

DX retains AI-generated content—including data summaries and AI-generated SQL queries—for the duration of your service contract with DX, or per the terms of your services agreement.
