Benchmarks

DX provides benchmark sets by industry, role, and organization size. To read more about the benchmarks DX offers, read Introducing 2025 DX benchmarks.

Workspace admins can set the default benchmark set that is shown to users in your account. Users have the ability to select benchmark segments other than the default, if they would like.

Percentile segments

For each benchmark set, DX provides three percentile-based segments:

• P50: Median performance.
• P75: Top-quartile performance, which is a good target for most organizations.
• P90: Elite performance.

Setting workspace default

Workspace admins can set the default benchmark for their workspace—these default settings are applied to all reports throughout DX, wherever benchmarks are provided:

1. Browse to your General settings.
2. Scroll down to the Default benchmark dropdown field and select from the options.
3. Scroll down to the Default percentile dropdown field and select from the options.
