Status updates (health reports) posted on a GitHub project.

id Primary key: Unique identifier of the row
project_id Foreign key: ID of the project the status update belongs to
node_id Foreign key: Node ID of the status update in GitHub
status string: Status reported by the update (INACTIVE, ON_TRACK, AT_RISK, OFF_TRACK or COMPLETE)
start_date date: Start date of the period the update covers
target_date date: Target date reported by the update
creator_id Foreign key: ID of the user who posted the update
created_at date: Date when the update was posted in GitHub
updated_at date: Date when the update was last edited in GitHub
