ai_tool_discount_rates

Effective-dated negotiated discounts for dollar-billed AI tools. Each row sets the percentage that applies from its effective_at date until the next row's effective_at, so historical spend retains the discount negotiated for that period.

discount_percentage

number

Percentage from 0 through 100 deducted from vendor-reported spend.

effective_at

date

The date this discount starts applying. Usage before the earliest discount is undiscounted.
