# Can I exclude weekends from metrics calculations?
DX plans to add the ability to exclude non-business hours from metrics in the future. It is worth noting, however, that removing non-business hours is a difficult problem, given (1) distributed timezones, and (2) every metric may have a different way in which non-business hours should be removed. For example, for review turnaround time, there’s an interesting problem around removing the reviewer’s or the reviewee’s non-business hours.
